Returns and Exchange Policy of Swords Kingdom US

Our Return & Exchange policy is only applicable for 14 days from the date of product received. After 14 days, we can’t offer an exchange and return. Buyers need to pay the return shipping costs. Here are the product return and exchange criteria,

  • The product must be unused
  • Product must be in original packing
  • It must be in same condition as you received

Refunds:

If you are returning merchandise, you are responsible for paying the return shipping charges. You can request the shipping label from the swordskingdom.us end. In that case, the fees for the return shipping costs will be charged from your refund amount. The shipping costs are also non-refundable.

Our customer service officer will contact you by email when we receive your product. We will also send you an email about the rejection and approval of your refund. If the refund is approved, you will get back your amount by original mode of payment or credit card in a few days.

Missing or Late Refunds:

If your refund gets late, you need to check your bank account. After that, contact your credit card company. They usually take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund. If you have done all steps as mentioned above, but still have some issues, then you can contact us through email info@swordskingdom.us 

Sales Items:

You can’t get a refund on the sale items. Only regular priced items will be refunded (If they are applicable).

Exchanges:

If your product is damaged or defective on the arrival of delivery, you can use our exchange policy. Just contact us through email info@swordskingdom.us with product pictures.

Gifts:

If the product was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped on your address, then you will receive a gift credit in return. The new gift certificate will be mailed to your email address after item received.
